There is a secret entrance to wayward cave hidden by the cycling path (it's near the left side) where you need to use strength, then turn left and go down some stairs. The room you appear in contains gibles, as well as other Pokemon found in wayward cave. You can also find TM earthquake past a series of bike ramps and bikes-only bridges.
