you go down to twinleaf city or something (near the starting town) and surf 2 a place to the left of the bridge. u vs a few ppl and then u can go in the grass. you will find some gastrodons and glameows. take some good pokeballs with u (anything bettr than a standard pokeball) 2 catch them.
