A cyclo is not a real fish in Animal Crossing. If you're referring to a coelacanth, then wait until wintertime and when it is either snowing or raining, go to the ocean and look for big fish shadows.

∙ 13y agoWhen you look at your river, (NOT the ocean!!!) there will be shadows of fish, in DIFFERENT SIZES. :) Look for small ones, and catch them. Guppy's are extremely small, and they're shadows are quite tiny. They are harder to catch, so concentrate!
