You get the other lati by getting the eon ticket and then going to the southern island
actually you cant breed them... because you are not allowed to *breed legendaries* but you can breed the Pokemon that are just special Pokemon like sudowoodo in Pokemon emerald. (special cause you can only get one and you have to beat the elite 4 first)
*Manaphy and Phione are breedable also on GPXPlus (Pkmn egg game) you can breed a ditto with a mew.

∙ 16y agoDrop off a male and female of the same "species" at the day care center. Walk around for a while in the area. The old man will step outside the fence when an egg has been layed. He will ask you if you want it, so say yes to get it. They can lay multiple eggs.

Actually, You CAN catch Latios In Pokemon Emerald Version. After You beat the Elite Four, You will find yourself in your house. The TV will talk about something, then Your mom Will ask you something like, "Was it Red or Blue?" If you Choose Blue, Latios will wander around the Hoenn region. If you choose Red, Latias will wander around the Hoenn region. I hope this Information was helpful.

∙ 14y agoLatias and Latios can't be breeded in any Pokémon game. Like other legendaries, Latias and Latios can't breed because it would make the game less harder for players. The only Legendary Pokémon that can be breeded is Manaphy which is only available in Pokemon Ranger or in Generation IV.
