∙ 12y agoYou can trade with others, (friends, family, et.) or cheat with Action Replay or Game Shark, or event. There is no fair way without using help from other items or people since you know that not EVERY Pokemon is in each game. Exp.: Zangoose is in Ruby, Siviper is an Saphire

∙ 15y agoIn Pokemon Ruby, Pokemon Sapphire you can only catch all the Pokemon by having a friend or having your own Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire game like I do and as well as a GBA link cable. You need Sapphire because their are some Pokemon that only appear in Sapphire and you cannot find them in the wild in Ruby. Other Pokemon like Alakazam, Gengar, Golem, Machamp are only obtainable by trading so once the reach the other side of the game they will evolve into their 2nd stage evolution form. After you defeated the Pokemon League and have become the new Pokemon Champion Prof. Birch will update your PokeDex to National Mode and you can then trade through long distance through out the Kanto region (Pokemon FireRed and Pokemon LeafGreen) and obtain the other Pokemon. After doing alot of capturing and trading you will soon have all 386 Pokemon acquired and may be some not seen or caught like Mew or Deoxys.
