on diamond u can easily catch it on pearl u might have to do sum trading and on platinum u hav to beat all gym leaders and the elite 4, i think, talk to the lady in celestic town in the big house, get the 2 orbs and go up to spear pillar and they will be there. the 2 orbs are found inside mount coronet on platinum in a little cave
