from my knowledge there is no such thing as devihell in any Pokemon game that's even been to a store nor even spoken of online. if someone tells you it's real then it's fake. i should know, I've heard of all the Pokemon in most of the games and learned what ones are real and what ones are fake and or hacked stuff like cathing Mario in pearl version. and if someone says to through stuff away and release certain Pokemon to catch a certain Pokemon then don't listen to them because it doesn't work unless it's fake/hacked mumbo jumbo that was set to do stuff like that. also like how people hacked legendaries only obtainable through mystery event.
