You can catch Emolga on Route 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, Dragonspiral Tower (entrance and outside), Giant Chasm, Abundant Shrine, Lostlorn Forest. You can also trade one for a Boldore on Route 7.
Emolga is like Audino, you can only catch it in the occasional shaking patches of grass on the routes listed above.
They are most likely caught on route 6, where there is a 20% chance which is still pretty rare but in all of the other places listed there is a 10% chance.
I have found the easiest way to do this is to spray a repel and walk around in the grass, because when you spray a repel you are still able to encounter Pokemon in rustling grass and dust swirls (in caves). Walk around in the grass until it rustles and then go over to the rustling grass, you may not find an Emolga straight away but I found one pretty quickly like this.

∙ 11y agoSometime you can find it in Route 6 or 16, Lostlorn Forest, Route 15, Abundant Shrine, Rount 14, Route 13, Giant Chasm, Route 12, Village Bridge, Route 11, Route 10, Route 9, Dragonspiral Tower, Route 7, and Route 6.......good luck catching them.............

∙ 13y agoIf you watch the grasses around Unova, sometimes you will see them shaking on their own. These are rare encounter spots, and are where you can find Audino and Emolga. I caught mine on Route 9.

∙ 12y agoEmoboar Is the final Evolution Of Tepig. So, if you have Pokemon black or white, simply pick Tepig as your starter. Level Up Tepig ti level 17 to get Pignite. Get Pignite to level 36 and you finally get Emboar! you cant unless you pick tepig as your starter and evolve it is what im saying

Getting Emolga in White version is the same as getting Emolga in Black version. The easiest way is to catch a Boldore and bring it to the first house you see on the route north of Mistralton city. There's a hiker in the house who will trade you his Emolga for a Boldore. If you don't want to have an Emolga with a nickname that you can't change (since any Pokemon received through in-game trade has a nickname) then you can breed the hiker's Emolga with a Ditto (since the Emolga is a male) and then hatch the egg, like I did. Or instead of trading for the hiker's Emolga, you can go and catch one in the wild. Emolga is only found in shaking grass spots everywhere you find wild Pokemon except for the area between Nimbasa city and Nuvema town. However, you're gonna have to be patient since not only are shaking grass spots uncommon, but your chance of finding an Emolga in one of those spots is usually 1/10. Best of luck, though.
