You cannot catch Keldeo, Meloetta and Genesect until Nintendo holds a distribution for them. Keldeo and Genesect have already had their distributions so it's unlikely they will be distributed again so you will need to look for another player that is willing to trade you one. Meloetta has not been distributed internationally, only Japan has received it however you can either trade with a Japanese player that wants to trade it or you can trade for your Nintendo company to release it.
