there are 3 ways , I think. the first way is to get the eon ticket(I don't know how to get it) and go to southern island. way 2 is to beat the Pokemon league , then you will find latios at route 132 and latias around fallabor town. P.S. ,you need to be Surfing to find them . P.S.S , they are VERY hard to find. ahh , yes the 3rd way is to use an action replay.
