First of all, you have to have beaten the Pokemon league. You will then find moltres in Mt.Silver cave. I suggest bring lots of dusk balls, and make sure you have a strong water type Pokemon as moltres is a level 50 fire-flying type. Oh, and don't forget to save before you battle moltres!
