Evolve Bagon (Lv 30-36) catch Bagon at the meteorite cave or something and you need waterfall and surf go all the way up the cave and when you go up you have to fight a dragon tamer after you beat him go right then go down but stay on your left and there are two jump spots one that leads into water and other one goes to where Bagon at, go there and when your in, your going to surf all the way up top and to find Bagon you have to walk around on the very top of the entrace you came in or you can use sweet scent (hope this helped)
