dont frighten the kitten with loud noises, and make sure you don';t yell or scream at the cat just to make it come to you. they wont come to you. they will be frightened just by you yelling and making wierd noises
This depends on how old the kittens are. Presumably if they are over four weeks of age they will be eating mostly solid food. The ideal thing to feed them is plain meat such as chicken (cooked or raw) or wet cat food that is high in meat content as this is close to the prey they'll be eating outside. However, wet food and meat spoil very quickly especially if left outside for any period of time, but such foods are very effective into tempting a cat to either eat inside or help it get used to human contact.
If intending to leave food out for the kittens, dry food is the only option. However, many dry foods are full of grains and cereals which offer no nutrition at all to a feline and could cause upset stomachs, so feeding a dry food that is free of grains is advisable. Dry food can be left out for many hours or even a whole day.
Be sure to leave out fresh water for them, preferably in a shady or sheltered area.
There is no absolutely certain way. Stray cats will sometimes trust people who feed them, to the point where they can be caught and possibly civilized. However, this is a long process, requiring daily feeding for several months, and will only work if the cat is truly a stray, rather than feral. Kittens born in the wild will have no reason to trust humans and will never get close enough to them to be touched, let alone caught. A cat who has not been stray for long will sometimes choose to return to domesticity, lured in by food or petting, but this does not happen often. The main things that are necessary always are the same as when handling any cat: slow, even, non-threatening movement -- remember, you are big and scary to a cat who doesn't know you -- and food or treats will help also.
You can try to capture the strays and take them to the shelter, or keep your cat inside.
keep your door closed try to scare the cat away each time do not pet the cat feed it or give it attention are itll keep coming back try to make it feel bad and ignore it

if the cat seems to be afraid of people it is usually a stray.
yes it can because if the cat is not a stray cat and it is your friends or something like that and it is outside it can become a indoor cat
The loveable Maxine that appears on greeting cards has a stray cat that hangs out sometimes. The cat's name is Nip.
A Stray, a Feral Cat.
I am hoping that you are wondering because you want to adopt one to keep as a pet. If that is the case, I wouldn't go for a stray for several reasons, but disease is one of the big ones. You should probably look in your local newspaper for kittens. Most of the time they are free. But if a stray is really what you want, try the Arby's parking lot. That's usually where I see stray cats and kittens. Or sometimes they are in the parking lot of grocery stores.
He is both a pet cat, because you can pet it, and a stray cat because you can stray it. :)

A stray cat may just be a cat which wanders outside all the time. A feral cat is a cat that isn't used to being around humans and may be terrified around them or violent. Stray cats usually aren't violent or terrified of people.
