Answer for entie raikou, suicuneyou catch Entie on fire red by picking bulbasaur Pokemon that you get from the professor and you find it in the grass where ever you just have to get lucky cuz it pops out when ever when beat the elite fourif and if u pick charmander you get suicune and if you get squitle you get raikou also its all on luck in the grass you are exactly right but its not that rare if u know where to look personally i think best spot where there r not that much grass make sure u have a masterball he runs away in 1 turn but he might stay it depends
