Moltres, Articuno, Zapdos: Cannot be caught in wild.

Suicune, Entei, Raikou: Cannot be caught in wild.

Registeel, Regice, Regirock: Cannot be caught in wild.

Mesprit, Azelf, Uxie: Cannot be caught in wild.

Virizion: (After obtaining the National Dex) Go to Pinwheel Forest and head East. You'll see an entrance, that's where Virizion is at.

Cobalion: (After obtaining the National Dex) Go to Mistralton Cave and go to the deepest part of the cave. You should see an old man there and he'll tell you about the trio.

Terrakion: (After obtaining the National Dex) Go to Victory Road and there should be the only miniature cavern within the cave. There would be Terrakion.
