How to catch the 3 Regis in Pokémon Ruby:

Pokémon REQUIREMENTS

-A Pokémon that knows a Sleep/Paralysis inducing move (ex. Spore, Thunder Wave, Yawn, etc.)

- A Pokémon that needs to know the following moves:

SURF

STRENGTH

FLY

DIG

DIVE

-a lot of Ultra Balls (NOTE: Timer Balls and Premier Balls work just as well; stocking up on them is optional)

- 1 Relicanth and 1 Wailord. (NOTE: There is an order you must put these two in; Relicanth must be in the 1st slot on your team, and Wailord is in the last slot on your team)

STEPS

1) Fly to Pacifidlog Town and Surf to the right, onto Route 132. Stop moving as soon as you see the currents.

2) Surf down, and straight into the currents leading to the small island below.

3) Run all the way to the left of the island, and surf to the next one in the shape of a star.

4) This is where it gets tricky. Walk to the very left of the island, and stop. Walk to the very bottom on that piece of land. Surf straight, and the current will carry you to the strip of calm waters

5) Keep Surfing left as soon as you reach the next island area.

6) Once again, run all the way to the left of the island, then stop.

7) Surf left, and the currents will carry you to the last place you need to be. Stop immediately when you are on the white island.

8) Here's the tricky part: on the left side of the island, stand in the middle.

9) Save your game. Surf straight ahead once you feel you're centered in the island.

10) If you followed Step 9 correctly, you should find yourself on a patch of calm water, and a diving spot beneath you., on Route 134.

11) *OPTIONAL* Save your game at this point.

12) Dive here, and you'll be lead to a path. Go down until you see a single, white rock with writing on it.

13) In case you didn't know, the writing you see is in Braille. Dive Up here.

From this point on, you'll be seeing more Braille when you go to catch the Regis in each of their chambers.

14) Get onto the land, and run to the top of the room. Use "Dig" on the letters in the middle to open the doorway. Head into the next room.

15) Again, run to the top of the room. Make sure you have your Relicanth (1st slot) put before your Wailord, (last slot) then Press A twice on the writing.

The room will start to shake for a bit, then calm down. You'll get a message saying "A door has been opened up somewhere", or something like that.

Leave here as soon as that's done.

16) Dive out to Route 134. Congratulations! You've opened up all the chambers of the Regis.

CHAMBER LOCATIONS:

Route 105 - Regice (on the very left from the strip of water between Petalburg

City and Dewford Town)

Route 111 (Desert) - Regirock (at the very bottom, the chamber is there just before you find TM 37 - Sandstorm.

Route 121 - Registeel (on the upper level mountain area)

OPENING THE CHAMBER WALLS:

Regice - go up to the writing on the wall, stop, and wait. It'll open by itself after a few seconds (max. 1 minute). The door will now be opened.

Regirock - face the writing on the wall. Move to the right two times, down two times, then use Strength. The door will now be opened.

Registeel - Stand in the middle of the room, and use Fly. The door will now be opened.
