While playing *White, you will be able to catch Zekrom after beating the Elite Four, before defeating Team Plasma.
There's no big secret as to 'how' to catch it, just reduce its HP and capture it in a Pokeball, just like any wild Pokemon. While Legendary Pokemon usually have the hardest capture rate, Zekrom is much easier to catch, so do not waste a Master Ball on it. Use a normal Pokeball to really impress your friends!
