How do you catch zorou in Pokemon Black and White?

You need to have a Celebi. If you do have a Celebi, then put it in your party at the front and go to that huge city. Go to one of the big buildings with a Pokemon statue inside. You will see a woman with a boy. Talk to the woman and then the boy ends up to be a Zorua, and hes all yours. That's the only Zorua in the game, but it is breedable.

The only way to get a pokemon close to Zoura is to get a Zoroack from an event, but it's over now.
