To get a Zorua you needed to get a Celebi at a distribution for instance the one at GameStop that ended on march 10th. If you have a Celebi, then go to Castelia city with it in your party and there is a street, that I think is called "castelia street" and there will be a door to a room with a girl reading a book in it, if you have Celebi, she will give you Zorua for free if you don't though Zorua will just be registered in your Pokedex
