I imagine that you would celebrate this holiday in Africa as you would in any other country, or rather continent. I apologize, but you must be more specific as to which country exactly, for the poorer countries cannot afford to celebrate whereas wealthier countries can. For example, Morocco has a way of celebrating every festival or "Holiday" the same way.

Yes, but they celebrate a similar holiday call "day of the dead" as opposed to the American versions of "halloween".
Halloween did not exist in the Roman days.
I thing in Africa there is Know Halloween but it can be. Just go to a other website!!!!!!!!!!!! Technically, the catholics don't celebrate Hallowe'en, but most catholics do it anyway.
Africa doesn't celebrate Halloween because, in Medieval Africa they believed that every October 31, their demon-try comes to life. Their most feared demon was the vampire. In their region, there were all sorts of vampire demons. They were, ADZE, OBAYIFO, ASANBOSAM, ZOMBIES, IMPUNDULU, SOUL EATERS. They were all feared in medieval and modern day Africa.
Dia de los Muertos
Well once there was this evil witch who lived in a place where only witches could go.On October 31st was her birthday and none of her friends came so she told that anyone that doesn't came to my birthday would become an ugly witch like me and so every one came and they started to call her HALLOWEEN and that's why they call it HALLOWEEN.
It is called Halloween.Around Halloween, the Austrian town of Retz, not far from Vienna, holds an annual Kürbisfest (pumpkin festival), complete with pumpkins, parties, and a Halloween-Umzug (Halloween parade).
