To centre pictures on your profile, you have to Justify Center the URL of the picture your putting in.
To do this, put in the URL of the picture you want into your profile, highlgiht the URL by holding the left mouse button and going of the text with the cursor, then find the "Justify Center" button at the top around the middle of the all editing tools on the blue bar and click it. The text should then be centred around the middle. Then save your profile and the picture should now be in the middle.
