OK after getting the national Dex from prof. rowan he will give you a poke radar. use it at a grass patch and find one then if its the one you want then kill it or catch it then the poke radar will flash again! then choose the wobbling patch which is 4 steps away then you will get the luck of finding the same Pokemon. kill it again then you will start to chain. use the poketch app which is that one with the 1st 2nd and 3rd thing and that helps with chaining! do it 40 times ( or less if lucky ) then you will find a shiny Pokemon! take the patch with the stars and stuff then shiny Pokemon patch comes!
