In Microsoft Office Publisher 2007, open your Publisher document. On the menu bar, click on File. Then choose "Publish as PDF or XPS..." from the File menu. In the resulting Save dialog box, make sure the save type is PDF. Finally, click on "Publish".
Both the Publisher document and the new PDF file will now reside on your system.
