Wire is wire - is doesn't matter what voltage you use. However, if you are changing the voltage on a device from 240 to 120, given the same power requirement, you may need bigger wires for the doubled current (and increased heat of resistivity).

Don't worry about it. A 220 volt appliance will work on 240 volts.

How do you wire 347 volts ballast to 110 volt feed?

You don't. A ballast with a 347 volt input is a commercial ballast. The 347 volts comes from a 600 volt three phase four wire Y system. You can change the ballast out to a 120 volt and rewire the unit but in most cases it is cheaper to buy a completely new lighting fixture.

Can 110 volt be used for 115 volt?

Yes - usually house voltage varies from 110 to 120 volts.

Will a 115 volt converter from 240 volts harm a 110 - 120 volt appliance?

The appliaance is designed for 110-120 v so if it is fed at 115 v that is quite OK.

How do you change 220v to 110v?

When you talk about a 220 volt wire and 110 volt wire, the reference is to the insulation factor of the wire. The amount of amperage that the wire has a capacity to carry is independent to the amount of voltage that can be imposed on the wire. When you see wire with ratings of 300 volts, 600 volts and 1000 volts, these are the highest allowable voltages that can be impressed without going over the manufacturers recommendation of allowable voltages. A wire that is rated for 300 volts indicates that the wire is rated for 120 volts or 240 volts or 277 volts. At test research facilities, equipment is tested to destruction. The maximum voltage rating, that is given to the wire as a result of these tests, is the highest safest voltages that can be applied to that particular type of insulation material. So if you hear an electrician say a wire is good for 110 or 220 volts, what is meant is that the same wire can be used for either 110 or 220 volts. To answer the question, you don't need to change a 220 volt wire to a 110 volt wire because it is good for both voltages.

Can you wire a 120 volt ballast to a 347 volt circuit?

No, not a good idea. You have to use a 347 volt ballast.

What if you plugged in a 110 volt in a 120 volt?

Typically residential voltage may range from 110 to 120 volts so there should be no problem.

Will 120 volt equipment work on a 110 volt transformer?

Yes.

How do you convert 120 volt machine to 110 volt plug?

No conversion needed. These are nominal voltages which range from 110 to 120 volts. It will operate fine on the outlet.

Yes - usually house voltage varies from 110 to 120 volts.

Can a 120 volt appliance run on a 110 volt circuit?

Yes. Circuits in a home are 120 volts but people tend to call them 110 volt circuits. The 120 volts you read on the appliance is the maximum voltage the appliance can handle. The actual voltage you will read at any outlet will range from 110 to 120 volts.

How do you convert a 110 volt chandelier to 220 volt?

you don't. you just take and use 120 volts from the 220. At least that's what I'd do.

Can 115 volt be used in 110 plug?

115 Volt and a 110 Volt can be treated as the same thing. The electrical voltage supplied from your electric company is not exact and can be 120 Volt + or - 10%.

Yes, but it will not work.

How will a 3 phase panel give you 110 volts and 220 volts?

A three phase panel will not give you 110 and 220 volts. A three phase four wire panel will, but not at these voltages. The nearest voltages will be 120 and 208 volts. The 120 volt is the wye voltage of 208 volts. 208/1.73 = 120 volts. A single phase three wire panel will give you 110 and 220 volts.
