Need to know what engine you have. Typically, Kenworth will have the HVAC filter on the right side of the truck, by the firewall. It'll be encased in black plastic with a rubber securement strap on the bottom, and be hinged at the top. Open it up, and you'll see the HVAC filter... usually, it's blue, and it's very simple... you don't even have to change it unless it's damaged.. you can just blow it out with some compressed air or wash it out with water.

Semi Truck oil changes range in price from around 195.00 to 359.00 depending on what other services are performed at the time the oil change is performed like fuel filter change and grease job. You can "do it yourself" for around 150.00 plus the cost of new oil filters.
Open the oil drain plug, drain the oil, remove the oil filter(s), install the new oil filter(s) (remember to replace the rubber grommet in the filter housing, as well), replace the drain plug, refill the oil.
