Hi, I've got a 2006 PT Cruiser, but I think its the same operation; assuming its main one in the headlamp cluster, there is a little trapdoor just behind the lamp cluster in the splash shield in the front wheel well. Just open that, remove the old bulb and fit the new one. I'm no mechanic and I was able to do in the dealer car park immediately after buying the bulb from stores - its pretty easy.
