The fuel filter is on the drivers side frame rail just behind the opening in the front fender (wheel well) and in front of the door hinge. If you open the hood and shine a light you can see it just below the firewall. Or get under the truck and follow the fuel line from the gas tank and you'll find it. I replaced one that might have been replaced before. It had a standard hose clamp. Took about 10 minutes to change.
