Ensure the key is off, then lift the driver's side of the truck. It should be right along the frame rail by the trans a short, fat, silver tube. Disconnect the pressure fitting on the filter, either one, and slowly release the pressure. You may want to wear safety glasses for this. Now once the pressure is released, remove both sides of the filter using two wrenches and be sure not to twist the lines. Now install the new filter using reverse prcedure.
