Its very easy. There are 2 fuse boxes, one under the hood and one on the driver's side. The One under the hood looks like a big, black box and there are clips on the sides. remove the clips and there are the fuses. The one on the driver's side is on the dash running parallel to the door (open the door, look at the steering wheel, and go left. There is a door there. Open it up and there are the fuses.

The easiest way to remove a fuse, in my opinion, is with a pair of needle nose pliers. If you know what fuse you need to change (ex: lighter doesn't work) there is a map on both cases. If you still can't figure it out, the fun way is to grab a test light and test each post until you find the one fuse where one side lights up the light and the other side does not.

Remove the fuse and you should be able to tell if its broken. The metal on the inside will be broken if it is. Simply put another fuse of the same voltage in.
