loosen it till it slips out of the tuner , put a new one in , tighten it to the tuning you want , cut half of the extra part off with wire cutters or a lighter if you smoke and play it about an hour or so till you're bored than if it goes out of tune again , re-tune , this is normal you haven't done anything wrong strings have to stretch once or twice, afterwards cut as much of the string off that flaps from the head of the guitar and you're done.
