Who told you you have a bad "water seal"?
Are they referring to the plugs in the side of the engine block? If so, knock the out with a hammer and screwdriver. Use install tool to reseat the new ones.
If they are referring to a water pump, it is just unbolt old, clean connection, install new.

You need a wedge tool to separate the arm from the main steering rod , then unfasten the two bolts and it is off .
