The air filter is located on the passenger side towards the front of the car in the engine compartment. This type of vehicle uses a square type of filter. The filter housing looks like a black box. It has about 3 or 4 clips. Simply lift off the clips with your fingers and separate the two halfs that the housing is made of. Take the old filter out by pulling it with your hands and replace it with the new one facing the same direction that the old filter was in. Close the housing and snap the clips back in place.
