Step1:
If you are using the Mac, firstly, you should open your iTunes. Then follow by the step.
[Preferences > General > Import Settings > select MP3 Encoder]
If you are Windows user,
[Edit > Preferences > General > Import Settings> MP3 Encoder for the Import Using option> Select OK> OK again to return to your library]
Step2:
Find the song or songs you want to convert to MP3 in iTunes and single click them
Step3:
Click Convert (in some older versions of iTunes, look for Create New Version instead) and then select Create mp3 version.
