The inhibitor switch, or alternitively known as the Neutral Safety Switch or Multi-Function Switch for automatic gearbox, is located on the bottom of the automatic transmisssion, it is a black half moon shaped switch which is connected to the gear linkage by 3 bolts. Whilst looking under the car the switch is located on the bottom side of the gearbox near the bottom of the bumper, und0 gear linkage bold, remove final two bolts and unplug.

I'm assuming you mean the inhibitor switch. ie the car shouldn't start in gear for auto trans. it's located on the passsenger side of the trans. it's the plastic unit which the gear shift selector goes through.
