Unplug the unit.
Move the two metal knobs on the right side of the top unit to their aft position.
Tilt the top unit to the left and it should catch on a standing rod attached.
Bulb is under the shield and accessible from the openning at the top of the bottom unit.
Twist the bulb to remove old bulb and install new.
Reverse the process to close the unit.
