No. It does not require very much power. If the battery is not putting out enough power to turn the starter, but is putting out some power it may still work. If the battery is totally dead it will not work.

I need to change a key combination on garage entry door. I don't have a manual and I can't find a manufacture. The ket pad was installed by locksmith many years ago. Is there any common way to re-program the key combination?

Push all the door locks down manually and then lock the drivers door with your key if it will not stay locked when you push the lock down and shut the door.
Basically by rebuilding the safe. Not practical to try this. Sorry
Someone that wants to overcome the lock on a computer keypad can do so by pressing the number lock or Caps lock on the keyboard. If one does not want the numbered keypad to work then one can disable or enable the feature by simply clicking on the Mum Lock button.

No, this microwave oven does not have a lock option on it. It would be safest to keep this up higher where small hands cannot reach.
