11 years in Ford bodyshops says--"REPLACE the hinge assemblies" - when the bushing goes it usually tears up the hinge and pin too!! AT least you will have to JB weld the new bushings in. All of the above require yoy to r+i the door assy be sure to mark where the hinges are before you remove--paint or nail polish that comes off easily w/thinner is best bet to mark with. billieb out
