If you aready bought a copy of XP sp2 and installed it with Apples BootCamp drivers then you can go into System Preferences/ Startup disk and select the Windows partition and reboot. Or simply reboot and select the Windows partition in the start up screen.
Be aware tho, XP is not supported by Apples BootCamp drivers in any computers that came installed brand new with 10.7 and above. Apple does not make XP drivers for the newer hardware.
