There are 3 compartments that have fuses and relays. one on each side of the engine under the hood, and one underneath the dash behind the change holder compartment under the steering wheel. There is a fuse pulling tool to take out fuses and only replace them with the same wattage. depending on if someone has used them, there should be spare fuses in the compartment under the dash. there is also a diagram on the bottom of the change compartment and on top of the covers under the hood.
