Twist the connector with the burnt out bulb 1/4 to 1/2 turn and pull out and then take out bulb and replace in reverse order.

If you undo those the entire headlight comes out so you can reach the light bulbs. For the blinkers... there is a bolt holding the blinker to the mount. Un screw that and the blinker comes out so you can replace the bulb. Hope this helps
