Twist the connector with the burnt out bulb 1/4 to 1/2 turn and pull out and then take out bulb and replace in reverse order.
Not sure if you are asking about the headlight bulbs or the headlight housing/lens. Both years take 9006/9005 bulbs for low beam and high beam respectively. See sources and related links below for more information.

On my 1995 Lumina van I just bought, I found 2 mounting screws on the top left and right corners on the headlight unit. If you undo those the entire headlight comes out so you can reach the light bulbs. For the blinkers... there is a bolt holding the blinker to the mount. Un screw that and the blinker comes out so you can replace the bulb. Hope this helps
