On my 1995 Lumina van I just bought, I found 2 mounting screws on the top left and right corners on the headlight unit. If you undo those the entire headlight comes out so you can reach the light bulbs. For the blinkers... there is a bolt holding the blinker to the mount. Un screw that and the blinker comes out so you can replace the bulb. Hope this helps
