My 2000 Toyota Tundra Truck, the brake lights come on when your not pressing on the brake paddle. Not even even if the car is on.
To reset the dash light indicators on a Toyota Tundra the trucks ECU will need to be reset. The simple way of resetting the ECU requires disconnecting the battery for 5 seconds. When the ECU is reset the lights will be clear.

How you change fog lights bulbs on a 2004 Toyota Corolla
please tell me how to reset the computer on a 2008 5.7 Toyota tundra. all my dash lights are on. thanks, Patrick ANSWER: all you have to do is remove the positive terminal on your battery and that should work. but be carefull while doing this as you should remove the ground first to prevent shocking/shorting.
The arctic tundra gets the northern lights, or aurora borealis. The southern lights, or aurora australis, occur in high southern latitudes.
You get under the running boards right under the lights. there is a little plastic housing. pull this housing down and change light bulb is that easy.
Unscrew the brake lights housing and pull out the casing. Follow the electrical wire and unscrew the lights bulbs behind counterclockwise until it pops out . Change the light bulb by pressing in and turning the light bulb out. Put the new one in... Easy....
