It depends on what Windows version you are on. On Windows 10, go to Settings then go to accounts then chose what account you want to use like Mircosoft account or local that on the computer.

The administrator is hidden. Select My Computer, Manage, Local Users & Groups, click on Group, then Administrator, add your account name and there it is.
