Those should be all you need to get your valves adjusted. Look at the pictures ahead of time and clean the engine and surrounding area's prior to opening up any of your exposed area's.

The Yamaha Raptor 660 takes 3 Quarts 4-Stroke Oil or 10w/40.
Semi-synthetic or synthetic oil is recommended by Yamaha for the Raptor 660 engine. The most common recommended oil is Yamalube 10/30.

The Yamaha owners manual states that the clutch is lubricated with the engine oil, there is no mention made of transmission oil capacity or type. Transmission shares oil with engine. You can register on Yamaha.com to access an online owners manual. Owner 2003 660 Raptor.
the 660 will hold a lil over 3.75 quarts or tight around there
Yes. Fram PH6017A. U can actually find them at department stores.
get 4 quarts the quad will hold a lil over 3.75
The Yamaha Raptor 250 needs about 1.8 quarts of oil when you are completing an oil change. It is a good idea to have a funnel handy because it is difficult to get the oil into the fill area.
