Lift up the wiper to the service position. Grasp the bottom part of the wiper with your left hand and the upper part of wiper with your right hand. Gently pull with both hands until the wiper snaps straight up. Then the wiper blade will simply slide out and off the hook. Replace with the new wiper assembly and snap back into place.
