You can't change the color of your name in Orkut.
You can't change the font colour in Notes or Active Notes, but you can in QuickOffice. You go Options > Format > Font > Font Colour. Here you can change the font colour.

you just go to profile and click customize profile...then go to appearance and advanced edit...then you can choose from module headers or module bodies and their you can change the color.

In CSS: there will be a part underneath the section you are wanting to change called: "font-color" which will allow you to change the colour of the webpage text, same for "background-color". Highlight the paragraph, then edit the font - usually this is located in the "home" section of Word 07 - also, in the same section, there will be colour (text colour and highlight colour), choose change text colour and it should change for you.
