Struts are not an easy job. Suggest this addition to your library [http://www.themotorbookstore.com/gmbuicregche.html 1993 Lumina Manual] it should help. On a 1997: Jack the car up by the lift point on the unibody. Remove the wheel. Support the rear axle with a floor jack. Remove the two nuts from the two bottom strut bolts. Use a brass pin and hammer to tap the bolts out. Remove the three bolts that hold the strut mount (up in the wheel well) Remove the entire assembly, and then remove the stut mount from the strut. I don't know if 1993's are different.
No, the struts from a 95 accord will only fit acura's 97-99, accord's 94-97, Odyssey 95-98, and Isuzu oasis 96-99. But the front stru for your car sells for $70-$150 each. Hope that helps you
Yes, Camry 99 has struts on the front as well as on the back.
most likely struts.
The struts are mounted inside the trunk of the car. It's a really strange place for them to have the struts but it seems to work on that car. I know a lot of people who like it and some who don't.
1.2H each if I do it. Book time may be different.
I was quoted just over $700 to replace struts & shocks in the front and rear of my '99 Dodge Caravan. Earlier I was quoted just under $700 to replace the same in my '91 Ford Escort.
