once you obtain a rotom by trading it from Pokemon diamond, pearl, or platinum, if you unlocked saffron city go there. once there, go into silph co. office building. if you haven't realized, the elevator will magically work when you have rotom in the front of your party. it will take you to a secret room that only people with rotom can enter. there will be multiple appliances such as oven, fan, fridge, washing machine, and a lawn mower. when you talk to one of those appliances, rotom will want to go in it. depending on which appliance rotom will enter first, your rotom will gain the most powerful attack of that type(for example: i chose the lawn mower and rotom instantly wanted to learn leaf storm)! so there you have it, rotoms little heart gold/soul silver secret.
