In my 2009 it is under the back seat. There is probably also a second fuse panel in the engine compartment. Consult your owner's manual for details.

It is under the rear seat. Puch in at the botton of the seat on both sides, and lift the seat up.

It either works or it doesnt. Check the fuse and the connection under the seat. If both are ok, the heating coil is probably dead. About $700 to fix.

It's under the back seat along with the brain boxes for the car as well as a fuse panel. Great place to put a battery for a sub in the trunk.

If there is an access panel, yes. You will find that there is no access panel and that you must remove the tank.
