Remove the spark plug wires (pull at the base by the engine cover not the wires) you may have to pull hard. Get the correct spark plug socket (5/8") and you will also need an 3''or 6''extension for your ratchet. Stick the socket in and turn and remove them slowly and install the new ones slowly. If you don't have a torque wrench a rule of thumb is once you feel the plug starting to feel sung (tension on the ratchet) turn and extra 3/4 of a turn. Also if you haven't done this before work with one plug at a time so you don't mix up the plug wires. Good luck! After i wrote that i realized its for a 4 cyl, if you have a 6cyl you may have to remove something to get to the rear plugs, but Toyota would make it a simple task so just look at it for a bit.
