Well im not sure if theres anything special about the ES I don't know tat would be different from a standard V6 but lets give this a whirl.

Seeing as its a Lexus theres probably a ton of plastic. Begin removing all the plastic bits with a 10mm deep socket. Dont know if they had coil packs on these at this point BUT if they do youll have to disconnect all of the connectors OR if it has spark cables simply give them a yank BUT be sure to put them back in the same order you've taken them off. Get a spark plug socket of the corresponding size and begin removing them. Be sure the motor is cold or you may damage the threads. After they are out be sure to gap the new ones with the spark gap your owners manual suggests and re-insert the plugs. DONT CRANK THEM DOWN! Be sure to just tighten them to just over hand tight. From here on out just re-assemble all of the goofy plastic crap and youll be set!
